Superior Trustee Files Adversary Proceeding For Turnover of Assets

The Trustee in the Superior Homes and Investments, LLC bankruptcy has filed an adversary proceeding for the turnover of assets from various affiliated entities and the Debtor's principals, Richard Wilkes and William Christner. An voluntary petition was filed against Superior by Wendy Anderson on behalf of the Petitioning Creditors two years ago. The Trustee has been "chasing the money" that was paid as deposits under contracts to Superior by the Petitioning Creditors for homes that were never delivered.
